Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Senior Data Specialist to support an extensive EDRM workflow for a federal initiative. The candidate will handle file manipulation, data exports, and document management to assist client attorneys and investigators.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the client’s litigation support team, applying ESI specifications, and ensuring high-quality data processing with tools like Relativity, Everlaw, and CaseMap.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred—computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with Windows, PC/server apps, and document review software.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and adjusts methodologies for manipulating files for COTS products and litigation support tools.
• Ensures incoming productions comply with applicable ESI specifications.
• Exports data with redactions and quality-checks against ESI specs.
• Supports attorneys and paralegals by tracking documents, subpoenas, and producing materials.
