Job summary

CGS Federal, a leader in government-focused technology solutions, seeks a Senior Data Specialist with extensive eDiscovery experience to support a large Federal agency initiative. You will handle file manipulation, data loading, conversion, and QA against ESI specifications, while assisting attorneys and paralegals in document processing and production workflows.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow and litigation discovery processes.
• Experience with Windows, encryption methods, and document review software.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming productions in line with ESI specifications.
• Export data for production, verify redactions, and perform QA on exports.
• Support attorneys, investigators, and paralegals with document tracking and review databases.
• Create and manage document review databases and productions to opposing parties.
• Coordinate with Litigation Support Manager on deficiencies and standards.
• Coordinate with client Technology Service Center on outsourced litigation projects.
• Modify and manipulate files for use with COTS products and litigation tools.
