Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Data Specialist II with extensive eDiscovery and EDRM experience to support a Federal agency initiative. The role focuses on file manipulation, data loading, exports, QA, and collaboration with legal teams using industry tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with document review platforms (Everlaw, Relativity, NUIX) and strong knowledge of ESI specifications, while working under the guidance of the Litigation

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document review platforms and IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Coordinates with attorneys, investigators, and paralegals to track and process documents and productions.
• Exports data from databases, ensures redactions and compliance with ESI specifications, and conducts QA on exports.
• Manages documents and data using review tools, including various ESI types and file formats.
• Collaborates with Litigation Support Manager to ensure productions meet ESI specs and addresses deficiencies.
