Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency using Relativity. You will guide processing, analytics, and scripting while collaborating with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure compliant discovery outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in Relativity, PowerShell scripting, and active learning techniques, with excellent communication and project-management skills. US citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on large, complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Experience with Active Learning projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with stakeholder relationship management.
• Undergraduate degree with 5+ years experience; law degree or technical graduate degree preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specs; participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs; provide detailed deficiency notices.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery.
• Ensure standard eDiscovery procedures across cases life cycle.
• Create statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay abreast of emerging eDiscovery tech and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of software in area of expertise.
• Contribute to briefs on new technology and process improvements.
• Generate custom PowerShell scripts.
• Create/support Case Map / Text Map databases.
