Core Med Science in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sr. Manager of Digital Commerce to own performance and growth across digital sales channels including the company website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

You will lead a team to execute a cohesive digital commerce plan and drive revenue. The role requires 5–7 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, a Bachelor's degree, and strong data analysis, cross-functional leadership, and platform management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.

Responsibilities

Manage website operations (DTC) including listings, pricing, promotions, and UX.
Own revenue across digital channels: website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
Support campaign strategy and content for CRM tools and B2B channels.
Manage Amazon Seller Central in partnership with an agency and oversee PPC campaigns.
Oversee TikTok Shop operations, creator recruitment, LIVE commerce, and Shop Ads.
Monitor KPI across channels to inform strategy and ROI.
Coordinate with Operations on inventory planning to prevent stockouts.
