Job summary

SHRM is seeking an eCommerce Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of SHRM’s digital commerce experience. This role ensures the eCommerce ecosystem supports organizational objectives, customer needs, and revenue goals while driving continuous improvement across the customer journey, including product discovery, evaluation, purchase, and post-purchase management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ten or more years in eCommerce, digital product, or related field, owning complex digital commerce initiatives.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements and working with technology teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive improvements in conversion, customer experience, and revenue.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics/CJA, NetSuite, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy and roadmap aligned with objectives and revenue opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, and digital adoption across merchandising and experiences.
• Develop business cases for new capabilities and enhancements based on value and performance data.
• Monitor eCommerce metrics and translate insights into actionable priorities and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Marketing, UX, Content, Product to optimize the customer journey and support decision making.
• Lead and develop the eCommerce team with clear priorities and accountability.
