Job summary

SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management, is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead its digital commerce experience. You will drive strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations across product discovery, purchase, and post-purchase management, while aligning with revenue goals and customer needs.

The role requires a decade of eCommerce leadership, strong collaboration across Marketing, Tech, and Product, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable
