Job summary

Kärcher North America Inc. is seeking a dynamic e-commerce leader to own marketplace strategy, pricing, and growth across Amazon and other key channels.

You will align with Marketing, Content, and IT to optimize listings, monitor performance, and drive profitability while managing logistics and vendor relationships. A strong data-driven mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central are ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in marketing, sales, or ecommerce management.
• Strong preference for Amazon VC experience; Seller Central a plus.
• Proven success growing visibility and sales on online marketplaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong business acumen.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with E‑commerce, Marketing, IT, Sales Ops, and Customer Service.
• Solid project management skills and self-starter mentality.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Define, set, and execute strategy for marketplace presence (Amazon and others).
• Establish and deliver sales goals with regular forecast updates.
• Develop pricing and promotions aligned with cross-channel policies.
• Identify new product opportunities and marketplace channels.
• Oversee marketplace operations, listings, content, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize listings using keyword research.
• Understand top sellers and competitive landscape for growth.
• Apply ROI analysis to growth plans and campaigns.
• Maintain healthy account status via inventory, sell-through, and reviews.
• Manage relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and Merchants.
• Generate reports for upper management and cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on trends in Amazon and ecommerce markets.
