Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead and grow its e-commerce business with major online retailers, including Amazon and Wayfair. You will manage key accounts, build strategic plans, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon accounts; Wayfair experience is a strong plus.
• Strong background in e-commerce sales, account management, and retail merchandising.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in home textiles or bedding is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key e-commerce accounts, with Amazon experience required and Wayfair experience strongly preferred.
• Build relationships with buyers and develop strategic assortment, merchandising, and product plans.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through account strategy, forecasting, pricing, and margin management.
• Partner with design, product development, merchandising, and brand teams to develop new products and programs.
• Lead buyer meetings, assortment reviews, and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.
• Coordinate purchase orders, production planning, vendor timelines, and order execution.
• Monitor competitive trends and identify opportunities for product and category growth.
