Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct Wayfair experience required.
• 2+ years in an Ecommerce Buying or Merchandising role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Home Furnishings experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and creative balance.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategy for each retailer to maximize online growth.
• Forecast sales targets and plan merchandising activities.
• Lead onboarding of new brands and program negotiations.
• Manage brand strategies and advertising budgets to maximize ROAS.
• Facilitate strategic meetings between brand clients and retailer partners.
• Travel 2-3x annually to key accounts.
