Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support a national plan sponsor in promoting the Employee Assistance Program and related well-being initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement with the Customer's workforce.

The role collaborates with benefits, communications and other teams to tailor branded communications, trainings and resources.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
