Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor, supporting Employee Assistance Program communications, training coordination, and program engagement for the workforce.

You will serve as a primary contact for planning, promotion, and coordination of training materials and outreach, tailoring communications to customer branding and needs across sessions and channels.

Qualifications

• Requires current and maintained clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
