Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program
• Support development and customization of program communications, materials, and campaigns
• Assist with training scheduling, registration management, webinars, and related communications
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and content
• Provide consultation on awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with benefits, communications, and other teams on planning and outreach
• Serve as centralized point of contact for training and project coordination
