Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support a national plan sponsor, promoting Employee Assistance Program and related well-being initiatives. The role acts as a single point of contact for planning, training coordination, and program promotion for the Customer's workforce.

The position emphasizes engagement, content development, and cross-team collaboration to enhance awareness and utilization of the program, with 40 hours weekly and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences.
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications.
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content.
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives.
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination.
