Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager to support the Employee Assistance Program communications for a national plan sponsor. The role focuses on planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement activities across the workforce.

You will collaborate with benefits, communications, and other teams to tailor messages, materials, and trainings to branding requirements and participant needs.

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
• Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
• Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination

Skills

WebEx Training administration

Education

Master's degree in a clinical field
