Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives. You will be the primary contact for communications planning, training coordination, and engagement activities supporting the workforce.

Responsibilities include coordinating communication initiatives, developing tailored program materials, coordinating training events, and collaborating with benefits and communications teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current clinical license (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience.
• At least 3 years of presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• Proficient in WebEx Training and/or Events administration.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications planning and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program.
• Develop and customize program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources.
• Assist with training scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications.
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and communication content.
• Provide consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives.
• Serve as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination.
