Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives. This role will coordinate communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and workforce engagement across its Customer teams.

The ideal candidate will manage development of tailored program communications, support webinar and training events, and collaborate with benefits and communications functions to maximize reach

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences.
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications.
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content.
• Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives.
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination.
