Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives. You will serve as a consistent point of contact for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and workforce engagement.

In this role you will coordinate training materials, assist with scheduling and webinar support, and collaborate with benefits and communications teams to maximize program

Qualifications

• Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum 5+ years clinical experience.
• At least 3+ years of presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years of writing and clinical content development experience.
• Experience with WebEx Training and/or Events administration.
• Strong Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Supporting development and customization of program communications and promotional materials.
• Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration, and webinar support.
• Coordinating development and revision of training materials and content.
• Providing consultation on program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with benefits and communications teams for planning and outreach.
• Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication requests and project coordination.
