Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Communications Account Manager dedicated to a national plan sponsor to promote the Employee Assistance Program and well-being initiatives. This role will serve as the primary contact for communications planning and training coordination across the Customer's workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience required.
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration experience.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for the Employee Assistance Program.
• Support development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences.
• Assist with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications.
• Coordinate development and revision of training materials and communication content.
• Provide consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives.
• Serve as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination.
