Job summary

Trapeze Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its remote role focused on deploying Trapeze EAM software solutions. You will collaborate with clients and teammates to optimize transit operations and contribute to deployment strategies while traveling up to 50% within North America.

You will master the EAM product suite, translate business requirements into processes, and deliver technical design artifacts.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating EAM systems with other enterprise solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL and scripting languages.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, problem solving and analysis skills.
• Ability to understand and write technical documentation.
• Strong business acumen and consulting skills for customer development.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, manage and execute to commitments.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Experience with agile/hybrid/waterfall software implementation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Master Trapeze EAM product suite and provide SME to customers.
• Analyze customer requirements to develop business processes.
• Create process diagrams, gap analyses, and design documents.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to meet scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with Product and Development to report issues and gaps.
• Provide training, consulting, or support for customers.
• Travel to customer sites in North America to improve operations.
