Job summary

NEXGEN Asset Management is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the functional workstream for enterprise EAM/CMMS deployments. You will run discovery workshops, configure modules, guide data preparation, and facilitate user acceptance testing in a remote-capable role.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration across full implementation life cycles, strong client engagement, and collaboration with senior consultants on larger engagements. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience implementing enterprise EAM, CMMS, or comparable operational software.
• Experience configuring and delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-facing delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery workshops and document functional requirements across platform modules.
• Author UR memoranda and functional design documentation.
• Configure platform modules (asset hierarchies, work orders, PM schedules, inspection forms).
• Support business process workflow analysis and create Visio diagrams.
• Guide data migration and review data quality with clients.
• Facilitate UAT sessions and manage issue log through resolution and closure.
• Support training readiness with Education team and provide go-live support.
