Job summary

Trapeze Group is looking for an Implementation Consultant to enhance customer service and ensure the successful deployment of their EAM software solutions. This remote position requires a commitment to analyze clients' business needs and develop actionable insights. You will develop project artifacts and work directly with clients while traveling up to 50% within North America. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of EAM software and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, problem solving and analysis skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, manage and execute to commitments.

Responsibilities

• Mastering the Trapeze EAM product suite and providing expertise.
• Analyzing customers’ business requirements to develop processes.
• Developing project artifacts and delivering throughout the project.

Skills

Understanding of implementation best practices

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to analyze data
