Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
• Experience with platforms such as EAM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure enterprise applications based on business needs.
• Gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
• Assist with integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
