Zusammenfassung

Selective Insurance, a midsized U.S. domestic property and casualty insurer, seeks an experienced E&S liaison to serve as a relationship manager between the company and agents. You will assess agent performance, implement MUSIC initiatives, and train staff across underwriting and staff functions.

You will travel within the territory, conduct inspections, and collaborate with CMS, Loss Control and AMS teams to foster profitable growth and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years underwriting, marketing or field underwriting experience.
• 4 years Agency Management, rating
• 3 years Claims, loss control-inspection

Aufgaben

• Develop a profitable agency force familiar with MUSIC's initiatives, products, policies, procedures and services.
• Makes consistent underwriting decisions, adheres to company pricing philosophies and promotes ease of doing business with MUSIC.
• Monitors agency results and follows up with agent on growth, profitability, share of wallet and compliance.
• Develop professional working relationship with agent, regional underwriting and claim teams, and corporate departments. Conduct underwriting, sales and information technology training for agents and their staff.
• Keeps two-way communication between agent and company continuously open and viable.
• Performs inspections as determined by Loss Control Guide, makes risk improvement or correction of deficiency recommendations and follows up.
• Stays alert for industry information, new ideas, products or changes in carrier philosophies that could affect Selective.
• Meet regularly with CMS, Loss Control Rep, AMS's to discuss agency results and opportunities for greater growth.
