• Must be able to work remotely and drive within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop an agency force that pre-qualifies accounts and writes profitable business.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents, underwriting and claims teams.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance with Selective initiatives.
• Travel within territory (40-50%); drive car.
