Selective Insurance Company of America is seeking an E&S liaison and agency relationship manager to support producers across the territory. You will assess agency strengths and promote MUSIC initiatives to help agents grow profitable volume and policy count while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires travel (roughly 30–40%), underwriting training for agents, and ongoing collaboration with CMS, Loss Control, and other departments to drive growth and maintain service

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 6+ years underwriting, marketing or field underwriting experience.
• 4 years Agency Management, rating; 3 years Claims, loss control

Responsabilités

• Develop a profitable agency force familiar with MUSIC’s initiatives, products, policies, procedures and services.
• Make underwriting decisions consistent with pricing philosophies and promote ease of doing business.
• Monitor agency results and follow up on growth, profitability, share of wallet, and compliance.
• Develop professional working relationships with agents, underwriting, claim teams and corporate departments; conduct training for agents and staff.
• Maintain two-way communication between agent and company; stay responsive to needs.
• Perform inspections as required and document improvement recommendations.
• Stay alert to industry changes and ideas that could affect Selective.
• Meet regularly with CMS, Loss Control, AMS teams to discuss results and opportunities.
