Qualifications

• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience preferred.
• Advanced experience in e-billing and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Manages e-billing and payment cycle workflow, posting payments and reconciling deposits.
• Prepares monthly, semi-monthly and ad-hoc billing reports for clients and internal use.
• Ensures timely invoice submissions based on established timelines.
• Leads and evaluates e-billing and receivables staff; supports audits.
