Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and on-premises CRM. The role focuses on solution architecture, performance tuning, customization, and governance for enterprise customers.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll design, develop, deploy, and optimize business applications, with hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, including AI-assisted development and Copilot integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules; Power Platform environments management and governance.
• Advanced Microsoft certifications and consulting/customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Develop and execute a service delivery plan leveraging repeatable services.
• Deliver technical training and improve training content.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and mitigate technical blockers.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
