Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight-plus years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Journeys, and Customer Insights.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE (TypeScript/JavaScript on client, C# plugins, data integration tools).
• Experience with AI-assisted development and Copilot/Agentic technologies in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at customers.
• Develop and execute service delivery plans leveraging repeatable services to educate customers and assess implementations.
• Collaborate with team members to support customers and share expertise.
• Deliver technical training and contribute to training material improvements.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and mitigate blockers.
