Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to lead advisory and implementation efforts across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform for enterprise customers. The role emphasizes solution architecture, performance tuning, customization, and ALM practices while integrating Copilot and Agentic AI capabilities.

You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding design, development, deployment, optimization, and modernization of business applications while collaborating

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform
• Up to date knowledge on Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and related modules
• Deep experience with Copilot, Agentic AI, and modern AI-assisted engineering practices

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Develop and execute on a service delivery plan leveraging repeatable services to educate the customer and assess their implementation to proactively ensure best practice execution and success.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support customers and leverage their expertise.
• Deliver technical training and assist with enhancing training material by providing feedback on improvements.
• Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues and reduce blockers.
