Qualifications

• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Develop and execute a service delivery plan leveraging repeatable services to educate the customer and assess their implementation.
• Collaborate with team members to support customers and share expertise.
• Deliver technical training and improve training content based on feedback.
• Triage troubleshooting, provide education, and remove technical blockers for customers.
