Qualifications

• General fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage stakeholders.
• Experience delivering technical training and customer-facing consulting.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development practices and modern engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish trust with key stakeholders at customer sites.
• Develop and execute service delivery plans using repeatable services.
• Collaborate with team members to support customers and share expertise.
• Deliver technical training and improve training content.
• Address transactional requests to troubleshoot issues and remove blockers.
