Accenture Flex is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to lead enterprise CRM initiatives, design, develop, deploy, and optimize business applications using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. You will act as a trusted advisor to large customers and partners, guiding solution architecture, performance tuning, and governance.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, data integration, and ongoing learning to apply AI-powered features across Dynamics 365 and Dataverse environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on development with TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, plugins, and data integrations.
• Ability to design scalable CRM solutions and optimize performance.
