• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve performance issues in Dynamics 365 CE environments.
• Experience with client-side scripting (TypeScript/JavaScript) and server-side logic (C#/.NET).
• Architectural experience for Dynamics CRM on-premises and cloud migrations.
