Facelove Cosmetics is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own senior and specialist search across growth and creative roles in the US market. This is a founder‑led, remote position requiring deep US DTC talent market knowledge and strong outbound sourcing.

You will map competitors, screen for verified performance, and deliver concise assessments to help the founders decide without re‑interviewing. Expect fast movement and independent work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience with a clear track record placing senior growth and creative talent at DTC or performance‑marketing‑led companies.
• Agency, executive search, or embedded recruiting background strongly preferred, with a proven placement target.
• Experience closing roles like Head of Paid Media, Growth Lead, or Creative Strategist is required.
• Extensive US DTC network and ability to map competitors and source proactively.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end search for senior DTC roles, including Head of Paid Media, Creative Strategist, and senior buyers.
• Build target lists by mapping competitor growth teams and run outbound sourcing directly.
• Screen against hard performance criteria and deliver written assessments for founders.
• Draft offers and manage negotiations to signature in a founder‑led process.
• Coordinate scheduling across US and CET time zones and keep candidate pipelines clean.
