Job summary

Comfrt is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand focused on mental wellness, inclusivity, and elevated comfort. We are seeking a driven, hands-on Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and move quickly to attract top talent in a fully remote environment.

You will manage job postings and hiring workflows in our ATS, conduct interviews, and build structured assessments to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in ecommerce/startup growth is a plus.
• Experience hiring for Product Development/Technology roles.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and interview structure.
• Manage job postings and hiring workflows within our ATS (JazzHR/Greenhouse).
• Conduct first-round interviews and present qualified candidates with structured assessments.
• Drive structured, high-quality interview processes that improve hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill.
• Proactively source and engage top talent using ATS and LinkedIn.
