Job summary

Finatal is seeking a US Talent Acquisition Consultant to attract, assess and hire exceptional recruitment consultants and support staff for Finatal US. This hands-on role focuses on scaling the US operation while maintaining Finatal's high-performance culture and standards.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, perform direct sourcing, manage stakeholder relationships and deliver market intelligence on US hiring trends and compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' recruitment experience, internal talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring high-performing professionals.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Experience running multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute recruitment strategies for all US hiring needs.
• Source recruitment consultants from competitor firms and adjacent markets.
• Develop active talent pipelines for recruiters, delivery consultants and leadership roles.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and market mapping to identify talent.
• Own candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle and coordinate interviews.
• Provide regular hiring insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvement and recruitment system implementations.
