Sonic Drive-In in Louisville, KY seeks a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead the drive-in’s operations and staff. This exempt role reports to the Market Supervisor and requires strong leadership, guest service, and cost-control abilities.

The position calls for managing the full scope of daily operations, including staffing, training, vendor relations, and compliance, with a focus on delivering a superior guest experience. Expected long hours and strategic business oversight.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience, QSR preferred.
• Experience leading shifts without supervision and recruiting staff.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving abilities.
