Washington State Department of Labor & Industries Information Technology Division is seeking a Domain System Administrator to support the agency's Active Directory, Entra ID and IAM infrastructure for 24/7 operations in a hybrid environment.

The role requires deep expertise in AD, IAM, scripting, and enterprise IT solutions, with mentoring responsibilities for entry and journey-level System Administrators. Hybrid work and strong collaboration with WaTech are expected.

Qualifications

• Ten years of professional IT system administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise AD, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO management.
• Experience with identity and access management and security practices.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior staff in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and administer enterprise AD and IAM infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Entra ID and Group Policy across domains.
• Provide staff leadership and mentorship within the NetOps unit.
• Collaborate with WaTech and L&I teams on security, governance, and data retention requirements.
• Plan and implement enterprise IT solutions aligned with agency goals.
