Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced sales leader for direct U.S. DoD account coverage in the Eastern region.

This expatriate role requires relocation to Japan for a minimum of 3 years, with the ability to coordinate a global Motorola team and leverage RF and CAD/RMS/E911 software capabilities. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales or 8+ years total in related roles, strong communication skills, and a track record of closing major deals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• 8+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• Technical background in RF communications and First Responder software platforms (CAD, RMS, E911, Video).
• Experience selling to DoD or Federal Agencies and strong written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of IP networking, Information Assurance or Cyber Security is a plus.
• Proven track record of closing major sales and ability to articulate account strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Direct sales of communications systems to U.S. DoD accounts in the Eastern US region.
• Develop and articulate account strategies; build relationships across multiple levels.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet key account needs.
• Travel up to 50-75% within territory; remote office capability preferred.
