Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced International Account Executive for direct sales of mission-critical communications to U.S. Federal DoD accounts. The expatriate assignment is located in Japan for at least three years, with relocation required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, public safety and/or military experience.
• Excellent communication, sales, and writing skills are required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales of communications systems to U.S. Federal Government DoD accounts in Eastern US region.
• Identifies diverse customer needs and how our product portfolio applies to satisfy them.
• Build strong relationships and customer knowledge by understanding Motorola Solutions’ business model.
• Be a trusted adviser to the customer and partners using the vision, strategy, and tools available.
• Develop and articulate account-specific strategies for all Motorola solutions.
• Lead the extended Motorola team to understand the account's strategy and opportunities.
• Allocate resources and obtain collaboration of internal product groups and external partners.
