Job summary
Serco is seeking a SME Software Engineer to support the Special Programs Division (AFLCMC/WAG) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and will involve leading software architecture and CI/CD efforts for advanced USAF capabilities.
You will interact with contractors and Government stakeholders, perform risk analyses, and help transition technologies from lab to flight systems while ensuring DoD cybersecurity considerations are integrated into
Qualifications
- Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access and a recent background investigation.
- Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline with 20+ years of DoD/government or contractor experience.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD in software development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee software architecture for CI/CD pipelines in DoD programs.
- Assess interfaces among software, firmware, and hardware.
- Translate requirements into system documents to improve traceability.
- Conduct technical evaluations of contractor proposals and provide feedback.
