Serco Inc. seeks a Subject Matter Expert Systems Engineer focused on aircraft sub-system integration, airworthiness, and electronic warfare to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, a master's in engineering, 20+ years DoD experience, and SAP/SCI exposure. You will translate requirements, lead system analyses, and advise on risk and architecture.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP access.
• Masters Degree in an Engineering discipline with 20+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in electronic warfare and systems engineering for classified programs.
• Translate operational user requirements into contract system requirements documents.
• Apply systems engineering for modification, hardware/software development, CM, data rights, QA.
• Develop engineering strategies, briefs, and technical program documents.
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and government reps on engineering activities.
