Job summary

Serco Inc. in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH seeks a SME Software Engineer to support DoD programs in the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division.

You will oversee software engineering architecture for CI/CD pipelines, MBSE-enabled requirements, and systems analyses across hardware, firmware, and software interfaces. The role requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, and a master's in engineering with 20+ years DoD experience; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP
• Masters Degree in engineering with 20+ years DoD experience
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee software architecture for CI/CD pipelines across DoD programs
• Assess interfaces among software, firmware, and hardware
• Translate user requirements into system requirements and support reviews
• Interface with contractors and Government representatives on software activities
• Develop and evaluate technical proposals and engineering strategies
