Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States is seeking a SME Software Engineer to support AFLCMC/WAG at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will guide software architecture and CI/CD implementations for DoD programs, ensuring secure DevSecOps practices and MBSE traceability.

You will review contractor designs, conduct technical evaluations, and coordinate with government customers to align with program objectives. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with the ability to obtain SAP access where needed.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP access.
• Masters Degree in Engineering with 20+ years DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee software architecture for CI/CD in DoD programs.
• Assess interfaces between software, firmware, and hardware.
• Participate in software-centric technical reviews and transitions to CI/CD.
• Translate user requirements into system requirements with MBSE.
• Audit contractors for software configuration and quality controls.
