Job summary

Serco is seeking a SME Software Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG Special Programs Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee software architecture for CI/CD pipelines and evaluate contractor designs using DevSecOps and MBSE to ensure system interoperability.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a engineering master's degree and 20+ years of DoD experience, plus SAP/SCI experience in the last 5 years.

Qualifications

Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and security vetting within 5 years.
Masters Degree in an Engineering discipline with extensive DoD/government experience (20+ years).
Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

Oversee software architecture for CI/CD pipelines supporting DoD programs.
Evaluate contractor software design changes using DevSecOps practices.
Assess interfaces between software, firmware, and hardware.
Translate user requirements into system requirements using MBSE.
Review software test plans and analyze test data for improvements.
