Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/HBS/WIW AWACS division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on program management across cost, schedule, and performance for DoD aviation programs, with leadership of IPTs and development of critical acquisition documentation.

Candidates should bring Top Secret clearance, a related bachelor’s degree, and extensive DoD program experience. The position is full-time and hybrid, located at Tinker AFB, OK, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen required.
• Clearance: Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of DoD experience, 5 in DoD.
• Or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule and performance management for acquisition programs.
• Guide and support Section Chief and 10 IPT leads to ensure timely program execution.
• Prepare and tailor Acquisition documents (ADM, LCSP, ASP, APB, RMP, MBR).
• Develop RFPs, SOWs and CDRLs; support other RFP products.
• Produce acquisition reports and milestone documentation per DoDI 5000.02 guidance.
• Ensure LCMP updates align with risks, milestones and funding.
