Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Senior Program Manager at Tinker AFB, OK to lead complex DoD aviation programs, report to leadership, and coordinate across government, contractors, engineering, and logistics teams.

The role requires extensive program management experience, Top Secret clearance, and a strong background in defense acquisition and DoD directives to ensure timely, compliant execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years DoD experience or 15 years related experience with certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support cost, schedule, and performance objectives for acquisition programs.
• Provide program guidance to Section Chief and 10 IPT leads per DoD directives.
• Prepare and tailor acquisition documents (ADM, LCSP, ASP, APB, risk plans).
• Develop RFPs, SOWs, and CDLRs; other RFP products as needed.
• Prepare, review, and develop acquisition reports per DoDI 5000.02, using LCMP tools.
