Job summary

DCS Corp, based at Hanscom AFB, MA, is seeking a Program Manager to provide acquisition and program management support for AWACS modernization. The role involves coordinating with PMs, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to ensure cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.

Applicants should have a related bachelor’s degree with 5 years of DoD experience or 8 years in the field with 5 years DoD experience and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, or 8 years in the field with 5 years DoD experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level acquisition support to the PM and IPT Leads to ensure disciplined execution.
• Advise program leadership on overall program health and options to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Interpret, coordinate, and execute acquisition project assignments; identify and resolve issues with significant impact to acquisition and sustainment efforts.
• Monitor and assess program integration plans and interface control between systems.
• Develop, prepare, and review acquisition reports and senior leadership briefings; maintain program documentation.
