Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center for AWACS and related C2 capabilities. The role is full-time and Hybrid at Tinker AFB, OK, with responsibilities spanning requirements, system integration, risk analysis, and technical documentation.

This position requires a DoD background, strong systems engineering skills, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of related experience, five of which must be in the DoD.
15 years of directly related DoD experience, eight of which must be in the DoD.
Must possess a Secret clearance and be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

Review program portfolios and recommend improvements to engineering processes and baselines.
Prepare technical documentation and management reports for planning, implementation, and corrective actions.
Perform system validations and develop criteria and procedures for assessment.
Provide engineering support across acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, and deployment.
Support risk management per AF SEAM processes and conduct trade studies.
Lead technical reviews (e.g., SRR, TRAs) and develop associated documentation.
